This series is designed for postpartum women who are ready to get their bodies moving! I recommend that you are at least 4 weeks postpartum to start. We will cover breath work and evolve into full body functional movements. You will get the tools you need to establish a solid core foundation, as well as wake up your posterior chain and enhance your posture through effective movements that transfer to activities in your daily life.
Come ready to move and connect with your breath and body. Non-mobile babies are welcome.
